Everything leaving your collection in one place — what you've sold, and what you're trading.
01
Pull items from your own inventory onto the You Give side, and request what you want on the You Get side. Each side totals as you go.
02
A fairness bar weighs the two sides against each other and names the gap in pounds, so an unfavourable deal says so before you shake on it.
03
On the Sales tab, record what went and where. Revenue, cost and fees stay separate, so profit and margin are the real ones.
Trades get agreed on feel, and feel is where people lose money. Both sides total up and a fairness balance says plainly whether you're up or down, and by how much — which is a lot easier to act on mid-deal than a vague sense that something's off.
On the Sales side, revenue, cost and fees each get their own line, so profit is what landed in your account rather than what the listing said. A best-performers list ranks sales by profit, and the cards carrying you usually aren't the ones you'd guess.
Flag the duplicates and the cards you've moved on from. They're the raw material of every trade, and having them marked up front makes deals quicker.
